General Policies: Please Read BEFORE SIGNING THE FORM BELOW



You agree to pay a 30 percent deposit to reserve the time frame you’ve chosen. This deposit is non refundable and non-transferable. You agree to pay the remaining balance of your event by the end of the party by cash or credit card. You agree and understand that there will be no discounts given if there are less guests participating in the services than you expected. You are responsible for the remaining balance for the package that you've agreed to deposit to. If there are more guests participating than the package that you've booked included, you are responsible for the additional cost of your extra guests. 

We will gladly accept gratuity, it will be evenly distributed amongst our Nails Tech and Party Coordinator.

As the person who booked this party, I (you) hereby consent to the use of photographs/videotape taken during the course of event for publicity, promotional purposes (including publications, presentation or broadcast via newspaper, internet or other media sources). I (you) do this with full knowledge and consent and waive all claims for compensation for use, or for damages. Please let us know if you do not wish for the photos or video to be made public.

You and your guests release Princess Day Spa, and its agents, affiliates or contractors from any liability of accidents or injury related to the event. This includes but is not limited to anything related to the presence of the costumed character, games, equipment, face paints or makeup brought by the character. Please refer to this website if you have any other questions about cancelation, late arrivals, and party policies (

  • Each package includes the amount of time it comes with. 

    • We are not responsible for serving siblings who do not participate in the services. If you would like to add a cupcake, treat cup, plate, napkin and drink for the siblings who are going to participate in the party side, it will be an extra $6 dollars per child.

    • Our employers are responsible for rotating the children through the stations and providing the services to each guest. Should a parent choose to take it upon themselves to apply nail polish or makeup to their child, that child will forfeit the remaining services during the party.

    • All merchandise in the store is not to be played with until it is bought. You are responsible for the damage caused by your guest(s) if any damage should occur.

    • Approved table top decorations & balloons may be brought in to decorate. We are not responsible for removing gifts and personal items for your party.

    • After the party time has expired, all guests of the party must exit the facility unless extra time is purchased. This must be arranged ahead of time at least a week prior to the party date.

    • We do not allow outside characters.

    • Party room will be decorated according to selected package theme.


  • Parents are responsible for:

Guests are  to bring  items—such as snacks, cake, cupcakes or  that do not require heating or freezing. WE WILL NOT ALLOW MICROWAVES, CROCKPOTS, COFFEE POTS, INSTANT POTS, or anything that will require a plug-in outlet. We are not responsible for any allergies, choking, or contamination in your party.

  • We are not responsible for the parent’s food or drink. We do provide a variety of different drinks for our guests who are participating in the services, but we do not provide drinks or snacks for the parents. We do have drinks for sell (Water, Coke, Dr. Pepper, Sprite etc.) for $1 per can. Parents can either pay for it directly through us, or the bill will be added to your remaining balance.  

  • Plates, Cups, Napkins, Utensils are provided for our guests who are participating in the services. We are not responsible for providing the parents with these supplies.
